Apply scrub to the lips and gently massage away dull skin. Rinse with a damp wash cloth. Use two to three times a week for irresistibly kissable lips. Apply conditioner under lipstick as a moisturizing base coat or wear it overnight as an intensive moisture treatment. Apply liquid lipstick directly to your lips, starting in the center and smoothing out towards the corners. Define and shape with the edge of the applicator.
