Are your products vegan? What about cruelty-free?
Yes and Yes! We have researched our manufacturer and know 100% they don’t affiliate or get ingredients from places that are not vegan nor tested on animals.

Do you have your ingredients listed?
Yes! Our ingredients are listed on each products page under Ingredients.

How much is shipping?
For US-based orders, the shipping cost is a flat rate of $5 USD. For international orders, shipping cost is currently based on weight and will be calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address. Customs fees may apply to international orders depending on your country's postal service. Spider Bite Cosmetics has no control over these additional fees.

How long does shipping take?
Once it leaves our location, your order can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to receive if you are in the United States, or 1-4 weeks if you are international.

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately, there’s no exchanges at this time. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I need to cancel my order, what do I need to do?
Send us an email at spiderbitecosmetics@gmail.com with the order number as soon as you decide to cancel your order! As long as the order has not shipped yet, we can cancel an order for a full refund. Once the order has shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.

How can I get a refund?
Email us at spiderbitecosmetics@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email please provide your order number, full name, and reason for return/refund.

What do you do with the returned lipsticks?
All returned items will be tossed in the trash. RIP ⚰️
